Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from BunkerBradleyCouture.com according to the below policy

Your return, refund or exchange request must be received by BUNKER BRADLEY COUTURE within 3 days of receipt of garments. Please email to CustomerService@BunkerBradleyCouture.com quoting your order number and your full name and shipping address.

Upon receipt of your request you will be contacted by a member of our customer service department within 24 hours. If a refund is approved you will be given a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which you must include with the garment in the return package.

If returning a garment please take care in packaging as we can only judge the condition of the garment in the state that we received it back at our facility.

Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Merchandise must be accompanied by the packing slip and the Return Authorization Number.


Merchandise marked Final Sale on BunkerBradleyCouture.com is not returnable.

Refunds for merchandise, including items received as gifts, will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges and, if applicable, pre-paid return shipping charges.

Refunds will post to the customer's account within approximately 7 days after returned garments have been received into our facility. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - DOMESTIC ORDERS

1.Go to Contact Us tab and fill in your return/refund/exchange details in the body of the email. Please include the order number and your billing zip code in the subject line. Please also include a contact number and best time to call so that our customer service representative will be able to contact you at your convenience.

2.When you receive your Return Authorization Number you will be able to process the return of the garments.

3.Print the return slip emailed to you by customer service and include it in you return package.

4.A Return Authorization Number and return slip is required for each item returned – if you are returning 2 garments you will need 2 RNA’s.

5.Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the RNA was granted due to faulty manufacturing on our behalf.

6.Prepare the return package taking care to ensure that the garments will not be damaged in transit as we can only judge the quality of the returned garments when we receive them at our facility.

7.Enclose the return slip(s) in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us.

8. Securely package the item(s) with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.

9.Affix the shipping label on the package (cover up any old labels or UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.

If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you can also send the item back to us using any other trackable method, at your expense. If you choose this option, refer to the packing slip for our return address or see below.

Please note we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries or hand-delivered returns and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to make an exchange one of our Customer Service representatives will help you place a replacement order that will ship for free. Please note you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
